Here are some thoughts I’ll (Ruth Andrews) be sharing at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, on Sunday, Jan. 12 at 12:30/
I like the idea of Ecstatic Vision. Seeing with the Eye of God. Sometimes I look around the real world and see joy and mysticism. Other times I see things that don’t exist. Perhaps I receive a dream or vision. Or, I start drawing a line and follow it where it goes.
It comes once a month, cycle of death and resurrection. It hurts when your uterus contracts and squeezes one to six tablespoons of blood, cervical mucous, vaginal secretions and endometrial tissue from within you. It’s messy. It’s fascinating. You might miss it when it’s gone.
